Online Community Manager

General Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage the social media conversations of ElevationChurch.Online, including Facebook groups, user support across platforms, answering questions, connecting users, and driving outreach to users/superusers, equipping them to facilitate communication and growth.
  • You’ll develop and build our expansion strategy via social media, including connecting with groups outside of the greater Charlotte area and equipping groups to multiply and expand in their respective areas (worldwide).
  • You’ll connect with and equip superusers to help grow the reach of ElevationChurch.Online.
  • You’ll manage, maintain and develop communication plan with eFam partners and prospects.
  • You’ll stay current with new social media trends and platforms, providing insight to execute new strategies to grow engagement with our online eFam.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media Management, Donor Relations or related field
  • Highly organized/administrative
  • Strong ability to build relationships and provide a high level of customer service
  • Leadership strengths in the executing domain
  • High level of communication skills; written and verbal
