You’ll gain practical skills, build meaningful relationships, and gain hands-on experience that will shape your future in ministry. Here’s what you can expect during our paid, 5-month Campus Ministry Apprenticeship.

In the apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience at our local campuses and learn directly from Campus Pastors and leaders. You’ll have tons of opportunities to develop your leadership and communication skills while making a lasting impact on the Kingdom. From coordinating events to supporting weekend experiences to everything in between, we have a place for you to activate your faith and serve the community. While you’re pouring out, we’ll also be pouring into you through group teachings, one-on-one meetings, and other practical resources.

Do you enjoy working in a fun and collaborative environment? If so, you’ll love apprenticing at one of our local campuses! Each campus has its own community and unique personality, but no matter where you go, you’ll get to partner with the campus team to pastor volunteers, facilitate the weekend experience, and develop your leadership and communication skills. You’ll also play an active role in planning for strategic growth initiatives that support our mission — seeing people far from God be raised to life in Christ.

For the duration of your apprenticeship, you’ll be developed by a campus staff member in your chosen field. Your mentor will be passionate about helping you grow, not only in ministry but also in your faith. As a campus apprentice, you can expect intentional weekly meetings, constructive feedback, and biblical wisdom. From navigating ministry challenges to developing your skills (and everything in between), your mentor will walk alongside you every step of the way, helping you unlock your potential and cultivate your calling.
