Sermon Highlights
When I think about all that God has done for me, how can I not say in return, “Lord, is there anything I can do for you?”
We need to live a life “in view” – God, in view of your mercy, your cross, and your faithfulness, is there anything I can do for you?
How to live a life “in view”
Don’t fall in love with your gift…fall in love with the gift giver
Your gift and God’s mission go hand in hand
Ask not what God can do for you…ask what you can do for God
Free yourself from comparison and jealousy
God used no perfect people because there are not perfect people – Your future is greater than your past
You ain’t living until you start giving
Scriptures
Romans 12:4-11 — Fall in love with the gift giver

“Lord, is there anything I can do for you?” What can you do this week to put your gifts back in His hands and start serving His purpose in your life?
Additional Questions
“Your gift and God’s mission go hand in hand.” Where have you been relying on your own strength rather than trusting in God?
“Free yourself from comparison and jealousy.” Where do you need to guard yourself from comparison and be confident in who God created you to be?
Prayer Prompt
Ask this question to your eGroup and include it as part of your closing prayer:
This week, where will you prioritize asking, “Lord, is there anything I can do for you?”
Pray that God will continue to reveal the unique gifts He has given each of your eGroup members. Pray that as your members go about their week, they will fall less in love with the gifts they have, and fall more in love with the gift giver. Ask God to show them opportunities to use their gifts for His glory, rather than themselves.
*Take some time in your group to also pray for all the people impacted by Hurricane Helene and the efforts to help the impacted communities.
