IN CHARTER BUSES!
Have your teenager arrive at your local campus on July 13 and then we’ll take it from there.*If you’re part of our eFam, you’ll be responsible for getting your teenager to our Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, NC. We’ll cover their transportation for the duration of YTHX. You’ll then be responsible for scheduling their transportation back to your home state.

- Your Bible (obviously)
- Notebook (the sermons are going to be noteworthy)
- Pen (as the saying goes, “The shortest pencil is longer than the longest memory”)
- Sunscreen, workout clothes, tennis shoes, and water bottle (we’ll be going ALL IN for our Field Day)
- Toothbrush and other toiletries (please and thank you)
- Phone charger (duh)
Things to leave at home: weapons, bad attitudes, drugs, alcohol, lighters, and anything you wouldn’t want your grandmother to see.
Yes, connect with your Campus Youth Director to be connected to a family who would love your support.
Please note there will be NO REFUNDS. This applies to both YTH eGroup leaders and students. If your teenager can no longer attend YTHX22, you can send someone in their place by connecting with the Youth Director at your campus, but you cannot get your money back. #TreasuresInHeaven
Your youth will be sharing a hotel room with 2-3 other youth in their eGroup. There will be an approved adult staying within each room for supervision and safety (such as their current eGroup leader, or a background checked hotel chaperone).
- We like to joke, but one thing we don’t joke about is the safety of our teenagers.
- Every leader serving in our youth ministry is required to have a level four background check.
- We will also be taking extra COVID precautions this year by having sanitation stations with disposable masks set up throughout the event.
That’s no fun! This year is a full in person experience. Once registered and checked in, you will be attending all events on and off campus.
