Will childcare be provided?
While we value families, this event is not intended for children and childcare will not be provided. If this prevents you from coming, please connect with your campus staff.
Do I need to bring a ticket to check-in?
Once you have registered on the website, you will just need to provide your name at the check-in tent upon arrival.
Can I come to just one day or part of the event?
This is intended to be an experience so please plan on participating in the full event.
Will there be food?
We will have dinner Friday night and light breakfast Saturday morning. The menu will include gluten free and vegetarian options.
What will the breakout sessions be like?
Breakout Session 1 will be by topic. You should’ve chosen the topic you are most interested in when you registered and you will get your breakout selections as a reminder when you check-in at the event.
Breakout Session 2 will be by Area (Guest Experience, eKidz, Production, etc.). You will get to hear vision and practical applications for your area.
Will I be able to change my breakout?
Unless the breakout you want to switch to is full, you will be able to change your breakout at the Info Center if needed.
