As an Online Tour Manager, you’ll get to oversee the planning and execution of 15-20 large scale events per year with our Online Team that encompasses helping create local outreach opportunities and hosting an in-person worship experience with live worship and baptisms.

General Responsibilities

  • Researching venues for stops based on suggested locations from leadership
  • Managing teams going to stops
    • Booking travel
    • Verifying/finalizing
  • Working with Online Campus staff to ensure scope/needs are in order
  • Managing overall communication and marketing strategy
  • Handling Day-Of Details
    • Programming
    • Creative Needs
    • Backline
    • Catering
    • Main Communication for Team Leads

Job Must-Have

  • Ability to organize and maintain logistics in an easy to navigate manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively about options
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)

Job Nice-To-Have

  • Prior touring experience
  • Ability to liaise with venues to advance a stop
  • Understanding of musical gear and AVL needs
