The Lord Will Lighten Your Load
Pastor Steven Furtick
Sermon Highlights
“Anx-cited” – Anxious and excited can both look the same. Whether it is a burden or a blessing depends on which you lean into.
When you get there, God’s got you. Don’t overburden the process by overplanning your steps.
Wherever God calls your Israel, you have to take Jacob with you.
Jacob’s journey included:
Weight - Sometimes you have to head there heavy
Wagons - He knows where you’re weighted and where you’re weak; that’s what the wagons are for
Worship - Worship is heaven’s strategy to unburden the human heart
Wings - You’re carrying a lot, but you’re carried, too
If you want to get from weakness to strength in your spirit, start counting your wagons.
You can because you’re carried.
Scriptures
Genesis 45:25 - Genesis 46:5 – Jacob goes to Egypt to see Joseph
Isaiah 40:31 – Wings like eagles
