The Student Leadership Program is a nine-month interactive and immersive experience that equips high school students to dream big and become the leaders God has called them to be. We’re not training the next generation of leaders — we’re training the NOW generation!

A closer look at the program
The Student Leadership Program equips teens to lead confidently and step into their purpose.
Intentional leadership training
Each Sunday, our Student Leaders join other student leaders in person or on Zoom (2:30-3:30PM ET) to grow in faith and leadership through interactive sessions.
They also complete weekly take-home assignments, spending about an hour a week reinforcing what they’ve learned.
Practical application
Student Leaders commit 1-5 hours each month to hands-on projects aligning with their chosen leadership track, keeping them engaged in the program’s mission.
They also serve on an Elevation YTH eTeam, where they grow personally, develop leadership skills, and make a real impact as they contribute to advancing God’s work through Elevation YTH.
Personal Investment
Student Leaders are matched with trained mentors in their leadership track who equip them with the resources they need to succeed. Our mentors invest in Student Leaders both professionally and spiritually.
By working one-on-one with a mentor, every student has an opportunity to strengthen their skills, expand their expertise, and stretch their faith.
Leadership tracks
Youth have the opportunity to pick their own path within our Student Leadership Program. These tailored tracks will immerse students in specific areas of our ministry. They'll gain the skills, experience, and relationships needed to make a lasting impact, no matter their passion.
eGroups
Care, lead, and facilitate conversations in a small group setting.
Rhythm Night Production
Get hands-on experience making an event like Rhythm Night happen.
Outreach
Get experience partnering with local communities and hosting outreach events.
Worship
Create an atmosphere of worship that changes lives.
Creative
Design graphics, edit videos, and create content with a purpose.
Communications
Connect with others through authenticity, creative writing, and the art of storytelling.
