Important Church Update

Elevation Church locations are currently hosting in-person worship experiences on Sunday mornings in compliance with state guidelines for houses of worship across our different campuses. Your safety is our priority and we’ll be ensuring you and your family feel comfortable and safe while attending. You can learn more about all of the safety measures that are being implemented by reviewing our FAQs below.

We realize that not everyone is ready to attend in-person yet. No worries — you can continue worshiping with us online.

Please check out your locations page for the most up to date information.

I’m not comfortable returning to church yet. Can I continue to be a part of the online experience?

Of course! We encourage you to continue joining us online each weekend until you feel comfortable attending in person. Our weekend worship experiences will continue to be streamed every Sunday at ElevationChurch.org, Facebook, YouTube, Apple TV, and the Elevation Church app.

Will Elevation be limiting the capacity of their buildings?

Yes, we are limiting our capacity to ensure social distancing in our auditorium and overflow areas. As the local, state, and federal guidelines evolve we will update our seating limitations accordingly.

How will Elevation practice social distancing in its locations?

We are spacing seats to keep a safe distance between families within the auditorium and giving you options on where you are most comfortable sitting. We ask that every individual practices social distancing while in the lobby or common areas.

Will I need to wear a mask?

We are asking guests to wear masks as they enter our buildings and make their way to their seats. We are closely watching local, state, and federal guidelines for houses of worship to ensure all recommended safety precautions are implemented to ensure your safety. Mask guidelines may vary depending on the state your campus resides in.

Do I Need To RSVP?

Most of our locations seat first-come, first serve, but some do have RSVP lists due to limited capacity. Check your campus’s location page above for specific information.

How is Elevation cleaning its facilities?

We will conduct regular cleanings between worship experiences to ensure proper sanitation. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout all Elevation campuses.

Will restrooms be open?

Yes, all restrooms will be open and will undergo routine cleaning.

Will there be eKidz available for my children?

Yes. However, some locations may be limited by their venue. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for your children while you attend the worship experience. Check your campus location page for the most up to date information.

What safety precautions and procedures can I expect for my children?

eKidz is taking several precautions to keep your kids and our volunteers healthy and safe:

  • Masks and temperature checks are required for all eKidz volunteers.
  • Temperature checks are required for all children and parents during eKidz Check-In.
  • We are asking that all Motion kids (grades 1-5) wear a mask. All other ages will not be asked to wear masks.
  • Hand sanitizing will be encouraged before entering the eKidz area.
  • Room capacity limits will be set to provide adequate spacing.
  • All non-essential items from home (like toys and blankets) will need to stay in the hallway or in your vehicle.
  • We’re sanitizing surfaces and toys frequently.
  • Our volunteers are washing their hands and/or sanitizing often and we’ll encourage your child to do the same.
  • We will allow one parent into the eKidz area for drop-off and pick up to limit traffic.

If I choose not to attend in person, will there still be an online curriculum from the eKidz ministry?

Yes, you will still be able to find resources for your child online. Subscribe to eKidz Online on YouTube or visit ElevationeKidz.com

Is there an experience for my Junior High or High School Student?

Rhythm Nights, our weekly experience for the youth of Elevation, will continue online every Wednesday at 6:00PM ET. There are limited seats at our Ballantyne location, follow @elevationyth to RSVP or subscribe to Elevation YTH on YouTube to join us LIVE. We also encourage youth to join an eGroup. What is Elevation Church doing during this time to serve the community?

As always, we’re committed to meeting the needs of our communities locally and around the world. Since the beginning of the pandemic, our church has given over $12 million in support of organizations meeting needs related to COVID-19. Locally, that included distributing over 250,000 pounds of food and cleaning supplies through Convoy of Hope, packaging over 600,000 meals for distribution across multiple food banks, and internationally working to set up over 7,000 hand-washing stations to reduce community spread. You can stay up-to-date on all the ways you’re making an impact through Elevation by visiting ElevationOutreach.com.
