Important Church Update

On Sunday, October 11 we’ll begin opening our doors for a single 9:30AM gathering. Your safety is our priority and we’ll be ensuring you and your family feel comfortable and safe while attending.

This is Phase 1 of reopening our buildings and we are excited to worship with you in person. You can learn more about all of the safety measures that will be implemented by reviewing our FAQ’s below.

We realize that not everyone is ready to attend in-person yet. No worries — you can continue worshiping with us online.

I’m not comfortable returning to church yet. Can I continue to be a part of the online experience?

Of course! We encourage you to continue joining us online each weekend until you feel comfortable attending in person. Our weekend worship experiences will continue to be streamed every Sunday at ElevationChurch.org, Facebook, YouTube, Apple TV, and the Elevation Church app.

Will Elevation be limiting the capacity of their buildings?

Yes, we are limiting our capacity to ensure social distancing in our auditorium and overflow areas. As the local, state, and federal guidelines evolve we will update our seating limitations accordingly and keep you updated.

How will Elevation practice social distancing in its locations?

We will be seating every other row where seats are fixed and spacing seats accordingly to keep a safe distance between families within the auditorium. We ask that every individual practices social distancing while in the lobby or common areas.

Will I need to wear a mask?

We are asking guests to wear masks as they enter our buildings and make their way to their seats. We are closely watching local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure all recommended safety precautions are implemented to ensure your safety.

How is Elevation cleaning its facilities?

We will conduct regular cleanings between gatherings to ensure proper sanitation. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout all Elevation campuses.

Will restrooms be open?

Yes, all restrooms will be open and will undergo routine cleaning.

Will Elevation be screening those who attend in person?

Temperature checks will be required for all our staff, volunteer teams, and all children attending eKidz (where available). We ask everyone to use good judgment: if you are feeling ill or have a family member who is feeling ill, please stay home and participate in our online experience.

Will there be eKidz available for my children?

Yes. However, some locations may be limited by their venue. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for your children while you attend the worship experience. Check your campus location page for the most up to date information.

What safety precautions and procedures can I expect for my children?

eKidz is taking several precautions to keep your kids and our volunteers healthy and safe:

  • Masks and temperature checks are required for all eKidz volunteers.
  • Temperature checks are required for all children and parents during eKidz Check-In.
  • We are asking that all Motion kids (grades 1-5) wear a mask. All other ages will not be asked to wear masks.
  • Hand sanitizing will be encouraged before entering the eKidz area.
  • Room capacity limits will be set to provide adequate spacing.
  • All non-essential items from home (like toys and blankets) will need to stay in the hallway or in your vehicle.
  • We’re sanitizing surfaces and toys frequently.
  • Our volunteers are washing their hands and/or sanitizing often and we’ll encourage your child to do the same.
  • We will allow one parent into the eKidz area for drop-off and pick up to limit traffic.

If I choose not to attend in person, will there still be an online curriculum from the eKidz ministry?

Yes, you will still be able to find resources for your child online. Subscribe to eKidz Online on YouTube or visit ElevationeKidz.com

Is there an experience for my Junior High or High School Student?

Rhythm Nights, our weekly experience for the youth of Elevation, will continue online every Wednesday at 6:00PM ET. Subscribe to Elevation YTH on YouTube to join us LIVE. We also encourage youth to join an eGroup, visit elevationchurch.cc to find a group that works for them.

Are experience times changing at my campus?

Initially, we will host a single 9:30AM worship gathering at our Elevation Church locations. Additional gathering times will be communicated as they are added. Please visit the Locations page and find your campus for the most up-to-date information.

Will ALL Elevation Church locations be hosting a 9:30AM worship gathering?

No. Due to certain venue restrictions during this season, some of our non-permanent Elevation Church locations will continue meeting online.

I’m new to Elevation Church, how do I get connected?

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to fill out a connection card by visiting ElevationChurch.cc or, text “FIRST TIME” to 66400 and we’ll be in contact with you. You can also join your Campus Facebook group by searching Elevation Church and your location (i.e., Elevation Church Ballantyne) on Facebook.

How can I continue giving?

During this time, we will not pass an offering bowl; however, we do encourage digital giving. You can give online at ElevationChurch.org/Giving or through the Elevation App

What is Elevation Church doing during this time to serve the community?
