The Creative Apprenticeship Program will give you hands-on ministry experience while supporting you as you take your portfolio to the next level.
We’re accepting applications in the areas of videography, social media management, video producing, graphic design, motion graphics, and writing.

Choose the Creative Track for you
Each track is a five-month program offered in both the fall or spring. Specific dates will be available upon application.
Videographer/ Filmmaker/ Editor
If you have a gift for storytelling and want to develop your directing, interviewing, and editing skills, this might be the right fit for you. Or maybe you love crafting creative content for social media and YouTube — there are a variety of opportunities in the area of videography waiting for you.
Social Media Manager
Love finding creative ways to reach people through social media? If you have strong written communication skills, are extremely administrative, and are familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter, this may be the track for you. You'll learn how to ideate and plan content, analyze data and trends, and work collaboratively with others to reach each platform’s audience.
Producer
Are you passionate about filmmaking or seeing video projects come to life? Do you enjoy the thrill of turning creative concepts into life transforming pieces? As a Film Producer you will have the opportunity to execute film projects from start to finish. This includes contributing to creative execution, project management, casting, set design, team hospitality, and more.
Graphic Designer
Do you have a passion for graphic design? Does collaborating and bouncing ideas off the wall sound like your ideal workday? As a Graphic Design Apprentice, you’ll create designs for print and digital, build campaigns, and develop new concepts and ideas for multiple ministries in the church. You’ll get first-hand experience in seeing how design is not just about making something look good, but the deeper way it can impact people.
Motion Graphics Designer
Do your skills range from a strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects to a strong attention to detail? Do you have a keen eye for design and aesthetics? As a Motion Graphics Design Apprentice, you’ll gain experience in editing, creative thinking, 3D animation, and content development.
Writer
Every great creative project requires great writing. If you love finding the perfect word for a sentence, you know voice and tone matter, and you have an opinion on the Oxford comma, our Writing Apprenticeship is for you. As a Writing Apprentice, you’ll learn how to write with a consistent voice and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from scripts to digital marketing, or even small group curriculums.

Here’s some answers to help you get started.
The apprenticeship is a compensated position with a weekly stipend. We want to invest in you as you invest into the calling God has placed on your life by helping to offset some living expenses.
Shared housing is available. However, renters insurance for personal items will have to be paid for by the apprentice.
You will be welcome to apply for any open positions at the end of the apprenticeship but there is no guarantee of a full-time position.
The majority of your responsibilities will require you to have a reliable form of transportation, which makes a valid license and car mandatory for the duration of your apprenticeship.
The program is open to young adults ages 18-25.
Due to the nature of the program, we ask that applicants not work an additional job while enrolled. The program may require late hours and last minute requests that may conflict with your ability to work a second job.
